We are looking for SCADA Lead Engineer

You ll make a difference by

- Design the complete Traction and power SCADA in Metro electrification using Siemens SCADA.
- Discussion with vendors, customers of design approvals.
- Lead and manage the SCADA team, providing training, guidance and support.
- Oversee daily design activities of team members by looking at the technical requirement management of projects of SCADA systems.
- Ensure SCADA system reliability, performance, and security.
- Develop and implement SCADA system upgrades and enhancements.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate SCADA with other enterprise systems.
- Provide training and support to SCADA users and stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
- Implement best design practices and Siemens engineering guidelines.

Desired Skills:

- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering/equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience in SCADA system design management or a related role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of SCADA architecture and industrial control systems.
- Experience with SCADA software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
