ob Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper with specialized experience in handling electrical components The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient receipt storage issuance and meticulous record-keeping of a wide range of electrical items ensuring their proper preservation accessibility and accuracy for our project needs Key Responsibilities Specialized Inventory Management Electrical Components Receive inspect and verify incoming electrical components e g cables wires switches circuit breakers relays sensors connectors control panels motors transformers resistors capacitors PCBs etc against purchase orders delivery notes and technical specifications Ensure proper identification and categorization of components by part number specification and project requirements Accurately record all incoming and outgoing stock movements using mention specific software system if applicable e g an inventory management system Tally Prime SAP ERP Organize and store electrical components in designated locations adhering to specific storage requirements e g anti-static humidity control dust-free FIFO LIFO Implement and maintain a robust bin location system for quick retrieval Conduct regular physical inventory counts daily weekly monthly quarterly and reconcile with system records diligently investigating and reporting any discrepancies Monitor stock levels identify slow-moving or obsolete items and report low stock reorder points to the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment Issuance and Kitting Process material requisitions for electrical components ensuring accurate issuance based on bill of materials BOMs or project requirements Prepare kits of electrical components for specific projects or production runs Ensure proper packaging and protection of sensitive electrical items during issuance and dispatch Generate and maintain all required documentation for issuance e g material issue notes gate passes Quality Safety Compliance Maintain a clean organized and safe store environment specifically for electrical components including proper ventilation and segregation Ensure proper handling of sensitive and fragile electrical components to prevent damage Report any damages defects expiry dates for chemicals adhesives or signs of wear and tear immediately Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies related to warehouse operations and handling electrical items Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive and accurate inventory records stock cards and other relevant documentation specific to electrical components Generate regular reports on stock levels consumption patterns variance analysis and material aging Assist in preparing reports for internal external audits and year-end closing Collaboration Liaise effectively with procurement engineering production and project teams to understand material needs and ensure smooth material flow Communicate proactively regarding stock availability delays or issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for store operations and inventory control Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 224 55 - 28 341 01 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
