Role: Data Analyst - Testing

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Location: Pan India

Notice period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
- Design maintain and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
- Conduct data validation reconciliation and analysis across multiple systems and sources
- Use SQL Python and Excel advanced to perform data extraction transformation validation and reporting
- Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Document track and manage defects using JIRA ensuring timely resolution
- Continuously improve testing processes frameworks and automation opportunities
- Support test planning strategy and execution within Agile Waterfall environments

Required Skills

- Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL Python and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
- Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
- Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting
- Exposure to performance load testing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
