You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and project management to ensure the CRM system aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions tailored to business needs. - Customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports within the CRM system. - Integrate CRM with third-party tools (e.g., project management systems, ERP, email platforms). - Collaborate with architectural and planning teams to understand project workflows and incorporate them into CRM processes. - Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across the system. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Monitor system performance and ensure timely updates and enhancements. - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to automate campaigns and lead tracking. - Ensure CRM complies with data protection and security regulations. Requirements - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a CRM Developer (experience in architectural or construction industry is a plus). - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho , Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. - Strong knowledge of APIs, data integration, and workflow automation.
