Job Description

We're looking for a driven and meticulous Senior Analyst | Corporate Secretary to join our Corporate Secretarial team. In this role, you'll work alongside industry experts, providing exceptional corporate secretarial services for complex fund structures to our global clients. You'll be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Secretarial Operations:
- Handle day-to-day corporate secretarial services for clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
- Assist in new client onboarding, including database creation on Viewpoint and other portals, coordinating with senior team members.
- Draft board packs, agendas, and minutes for Board Meetings, AGMs, and Committee Meetings, as assigned.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of completed tasks on the Oracle System, maintaining compliance with internal processes.
- Quality & Process Management:
- Manage and update work trackers, discuss work schedules with seniors, and adhere to deadlines.
- Monitor the quality of deliverables by accurately implementing feedback from seniors and the onshore team, maintaining and updating error trackers.
- Drive process improvements through automation and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Timely complete all assigned organizational trainings.
- Team Collaboration & Development:
- Develop expertise in Viewpoint, Diligent, TIBCO, Entica, and other relevant software, and train junior team members on these tools.
- Collaborate with Grade 7s and AVPs for work allocation, workflow optimization, and timely task completion.
- Train junior team members (Grade 9/10s) on tasks such as document management (renaming, storing), Docusign, and Statutory Filings, ensuring continuous learning and supervising their work.

About You

- Company Secretary Qualification: You are a Company Secretary with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience OR a semi-qualified Company Secretary with 4-6 years of experience in a secretarial department.
- Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Attributes: You are flexible, proactive, attentive to detail, a team player, and possess excellent communication skills.
