Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight Implement, maintain, and improve the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards. Conduct regular internal audits and ensure adherence to quality policies. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. 2. Process Control & Improvement Define and monitor critical process parameters to ensure product consistency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to reduce defects and process variation. 3. Product Quality Assurance Establish inspection criteria for raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. Ensure all products meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality compliance. 4. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions Investigate quality issues and customer complaints. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Track recurring issues and ensure long-term solutions are in place. 5. Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers and technicians. Provide training on quality standards, tools, and best practices. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
