Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform and native mobile applications. You will be responsible for building cutting-edge mobile experiences in alignment with product goals across healthcare, finance, and travel tech verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter, React Native, or native technologies (Kotlin/Swift).
- Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and performant mobile applications.
- Collaborate with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, RESTful APIs).
- Optimize app performance and memory usage to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

- 48 years of mobile app development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter or React Native (cross-platform) and/or native languages: Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS).
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Firebase, Push Notifications, and third-party SDKs.
- Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, etc.).
- Solid grasp of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.

Nice to Have

- Experience in developing healthcare apps (with HIPAA/NABH compliance), fintech apps (integrating KYC, payment gateways), or travel booking apps.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, App Store automation, and mobile analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Contribution to open-source projects or personal app portfolio is a plus.
