JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: DEPOT MANAGER

JOB LOCATION - TALOJA

DAILY

- Maintaining internal (logistics, accounts) and external coordination (principle company) and reporting to clients and management.
- Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Maintaining MIS reports
- Planning vehicles (transportation)
- Ensuring proper receipt of stock
- Proper maintenance of IRA (Inventory record accuracy) reports.
- E-way bill monitoring and tracking.
- 100% compliance of DM Checklist.
- Stock counting
- Ensuring proper temperature of warehouse as well as vehicles
- Designing the warehouse layout
- Ensuring customer as well as client satisfaction
- Carrying out job panning as well as job rotation when required
- Ensuring compliance to good warehousing practices
- Legal compliance related to warehouse operations
- Dispatch efficiency monitoring
- Handling calls from customers, transporter and principle.
- Ensure the compliance of all SOPs ( Standard operating procedures)
- Carryout sales return activities and inspection report
