JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your job responsibilities will include,

 Coordinate and execute internal audit assignments in accordance with established methodologies,

and regulatory requirements.

 Lead and assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of Internal Audit Risk consulting

engagements, covering IA, IFC, SOX, SOP/Process, and Controls.

 Exhibit the understanding of client business and processes.

 Implement the best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.

 Manage resources and audit assignments.

 Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.

 Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.

 Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.

 Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk

Committees.

 Overall supervision of planned annual audits.

 Review the work performed by the audit team (Team Leads articles), ensuring accuracy,

completeness, and adherence to the expected standards and quality of work.

 Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

 Ensure compliance with the Firm's policies, procedures, and guidelines.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-6 years of progressive experience in

internal audit, consulting, or related fields.

 Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, IFC, control testing, risk assessment

techniques, and regulatory requirements

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
