We are looking for person who can handle Plant O M responsible person holding one point contact with Customer and keep track of desired KPIs and deliver production as per customer expectations Person should have Technical as well as Management Skill to run operation smoothly Position Objective To lead and manage the overall operation maintenance and performance of the Bipolar Hydrogen Generation Plant ensuring high reliability safety and efficiency while meeting production targets and compliance standards 2 Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the bipolar hydrogen generation unit and associated utilities DM water gas drying compressors storage etc Monitor production parameters and ensure hydrogen purity yield and energy efficiency meet defined KPIs Optimize electrolyzer performance rectifier power utilization and water quality management Plan and schedule production activities to meet internal and customer requirements Maintenance Reliability Lead preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment including electrolyzers rectifiers instrumentation and automation systems Review maintenance logs analyze downtime and implement reliability improvement measures Coordinate with OEMs for maintenance contracts and spares management Safety Health Environment HSE Ensure strict adherence to hydrogen safety protocols PESO norms and IEC ISO standards Conduct regular safety audits HAZOP reviews and training sessions for plant staff Maintain incident-free operations through proactive risk assessments and corrective actions People Team Management Supervise a multidisciplinary team of engineers technicians and operators Develop team competencies through technical training and performance reviews Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement Regulatory Compliance Ensure all statutory environmental and safety compliances are met Liaise with external agencies PESO DISH Electrical Inspectorate Pollution Control Board Maintain records and documentation for audits and certifications ISO 9001 14001 45001 Budgeting Resource Management Prepare annual budgets for O M spares and manpower Control operational costs while improving plant efficiency and availability Evaluate and approve procurement of critical materials and services Projects Continuous Improvement Lead plant upgradation automation and energy optimization initiatives Participate in expansion projects including installation and commissioning of new electrolyzers Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement in production processes 3 Qualifications Education B E B Tech in Chemical Electrical Mechanical Industrial Engineering M Tech MBA preferred Experience 12-20 years total experience in process utility industries Minimum 5-10 years in hydrogen generation preferably bipolar electrolyzer or industrial gas plants 4 Technical Competencies Hands-on knowledge of bipolar alkaline or PEM electrolyzer systems Strong understanding of DC rectifiers PLC DCS SCADA automation and instrumentation Hydrogen compression drying and storage system operation Knowledge of water treatment systems DM RO degasser Familiarity with IEC ISO and PESO safety codes 5 Behavioral Competencies Leadership and decision-making ability Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Safety-first attitude and crisis management capability Excellent communication and coordination skills Result-oriented and proactive approach 6 KPIs Performance Metrics Hydrogen purity and production efficiency Plant uptime and reliability Safety performance zero LTI incidents Energy and water consumption per Nm H Cost control vs budget Team development and skill enhancement Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 140 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
