Store Incharge - Job Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records inward outward Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for uninterrupted production Material Handling Receive inspect and store raw materials tools and finished goods Ensure proper labeling storage and segregation of materials Monitor the movement of materials to and from the store Issuance Dispatch Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions Prepare delivery challans gate passes and related documents for dispatch Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of goods Documentation Reporting Maintain GRN Goods Receipt Note issue slips stock registers and other store records Prepare daily weekly and monthly stock reports for management Report shortages damages or discrepancies immediately Compliance Safety Follow company policies for store operations and safety standards Ensure proper housekeeping in the store area Prevent material wastage pilferage and ensure security of stock Coordination Liaise with purchase production quality and accounts departments for smooth operations Assist in vendor returns and replacement of defective materials Support audit processes internal external with accurate records Team Management if applicable Supervise store assistants helpers and allocate duties Train team members in store procedures and safety Monitor efficiency and discipline within the store team Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
