Location - Chennai Hybrid/WFO - (4/1 - WFO/WFH) EMEA OR NA CTC - Upto 11 LPA + Other benefits beyond the salary Responsibilities (Simplified) - Regularly check how ad campaigns are performing and find ways to improve and grow them. - Look into any campaign issues such as low performance, data mismatches (like impressions, clicks, conversions), fraud or brand safety problems, tag setup errors, or creative and third-party integration issues. - Give technical guidance on setting up tracking tags, choosing goals, improving performance and delivery, using best practices, and ensuring smooth campaign setup. - Help internal teams and clients by solving technical problems related to the advertising platform. - Quickly respond to and share updates about issues, keeping Sales, Product, and Engineering teams informed until problems are fixed. - Offer great customer support through clear and timely communication. - Understand the company’s advertising products well and help clients choose the best options for their needs. Requirements (Simplified) - At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a client-facing role supporting a tech or ad platform. - Strong knowledge of ad servers, integrations, and tracking tags; basic experience with coding languages like JavaScript or HTML. - Basic understanding of simple statistical concepts like average or median. - Ability to write and adjust SQL queries to pull data for troubleshooting. - Great attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
