Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, is for an Estimation and Proposal Engineer. The individual will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing cost estimates, and drafting competitive proposals for heat exchanger and pressure vessel projects. The role involves reviewing client specifications, conducting technical evaluations, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring precision in quotes while adhering to project timelines. The engineer will also assist in client communications for queries and clarifications. Qualifications - Comprehensive knowledge of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and related equipment design and applications. - Experience in cost estimation, proposal preparation, and project evaluations. - Proficiency in technical documents review, and ability to interpret client requirements accurately. - Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in engineering software and basic financial modeling tools for cost analysis. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related Engineering field. - Prior experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or allied industries is an advantage.
