Role Description This is a full-time on-site field Engineer role for a Telecommunications optical Fibre network Engineer based in Chennai. The OFC Telecommunications Engineer will be responsible for O&M, implementing, and maintaining ofc telecommunications systems, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role involves providing technical support, managing ofc optime network troubleshooting, OFC Splicing, systems, and contributing to effective network designs. The selected candidate will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support ofc infrastructural telecommunications needs and ensure minimal system downtime. Qualifications - Competency in Telecommunications Systems and ofc Network O&M. - Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support - Experience with OFC Splicing, Power Testing & OTDR. - Ability to design, implement, and maintain large-scale telecommunications infrastructure - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities - A degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field - Relevant certifications in telecommunications or networking are a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams - DL & Two Wheeler is Mandatory. Salary & Perks: Monthly Salary Package Rs- 4 - 4.5 LPA (Negotiable as per previous salary pkg.)
