Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Role Expectations: - Develop, test, and maintain ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. - Design and implement Core Data Services (CDS) views for data modeling and optimized performance. - Develop and expose OData services to integrate SAP systems with external applications. - Work with RAP (Restful Application Programming) to build modern, cloud-ready SAP Fiori applications. - Manage DDIC (Data Dictionary) objects like tables, views, structures, and domains efficiently. - Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in ABAP developments. - Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and ensure compliance with SAP best practices. - Maintain technical documentation and provide support for existing applications. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development. - Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, CDS views, OData services, RAP framework, and DDIC. - managed or unmanaged, CRUD - Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and best practices. - Experience with performance tuning and debugging ABAP programs. - Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - SAP Certification in ABAP development.
