document business requirements features in an agile environment xc2xb7 Validate the overall IT solution to ensure alignment to business requirements review requirements and or specifications with the development and test teams xc2xb7 Extensive experience working in an Agile environment including creation and management of user stories xc2xb7 Experience working with senior stakeholders reviewing product epics user stories and getting sign offs in a timely manner xc2xb7 Provide adequate technical and functional support on triage and resolution of any defects control issues xc2xb7 Responsible for assisting with project vision through product delivery by maintaining requirements tracebility xc2xb7 Perform deliverable reviews and manage measurement of deliverable quality xc2xb7 Work with the business users to facilitate user demos testing sign offs following the standard Agile process xc2xb7 Collaborate with Transformation Change Delivery process resources to ensure requirements and solution fit into the process flow and do not create gaps and or breakages xc2xb7 Help identify how requirements can help make the process more efficient xc2xb7 Participate in daily scrums with Required Skills and Abilities xc2xb7 Bachelors degree in the field of computer science information systems business management or a related field preferred xc2xb7 Ability to understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions xc2xb7 Excellent technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis xc2xb7 Solid technical knowledge including ability to create and execute SQL queries in support of incident and problem analysis xc2xb7 Ability to work with data and complex systems xc2xb7 Significant experience in an P C insurance field xc2xb7 Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is preferred xc2xb7 Knowledge of P C Claims process is required xc2xb7 Experience with leading and owning financial control process across systems xc2xb7 Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies particularly Agile principles xc2xb7 Experience creating business process workflows and support product owner with integrated road map reviews xc2xb7 Must have familiarity with Analyst methodologies e g Use Cases Business Rule Development User Interface Specs Functional Specs Desired Skills and Abilities xc2xb7 Must possess excellent
