Role Description

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead to join our growing team in Kochi. This is a full-time, work-from-office role (no work-from-home options) where you will lead SEO initiatives, manage projects, and guide a team to deliver measurable results for our clients.

The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for:

- Managing and executing SEO projects across multiple industries.
- Conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Overseeing on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Analyzing web analytics data and implementing improvements to enhance website performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Content, Paid Ads, and Social Media to align strategies.
- Keeping up with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Keyword Research and Link Building.
- Strong understanding of On-Page SEO and Technical SEO techniques.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Solid background in Marketing and Web Analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar leadership role is a plus.
