About The Job Role

As a Creative Strategy Intern at GrowthSchool, you will be part of a dynamic marketing team, dedicated to crafting compelling and innovative content across various digital platforms using cutting-edge AI tools and technologies. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to our brand voice while learning and growing in a fast-paced, AI-first creative environment. You will work closely with our marketing team to fuel Performance and Social media growth through AI-enhanced content strategies and data-driven creative decisions.

This role will require you to work extensively with AI tools, and you&aposll get comprehensive training on using top AI platforms, but a basic understanding of AI and its use cases in marketing and content creation is necessary.

Location: GrowthSchool HQ in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Research and Analysis: Conduct research using AI tools for social media trends, competitor analysis for ads, and market insights generation

AI-Enhanced Content Creation: Research and write compelling copy for ads and social media platforms using AI writing tools, create video scripts with AI assistance, review and optimize scripts, and collaborate with teams for shoots

End-to-End Video Ad Production Using AI: Lead complete video ad production workflow from research, ideation, and scripting to production using AI tools for concept development, storyboarding, script generation, and production planning

AI-Driven Content Optimization: Use AI analytics tools to optimize content performance and engagement across platforms

Content Distribution with AI Automation: Maintain the content calendar using AI scheduling tools, and distribute content across platforms with automated workflows

AI-Assisted Growth Experiments: Come up with innovative ideas and execute AI-driven experiments for growth using data analytics and machine learning insights

Technology Integration: Learn and implement new AI tools for content creation, design, video editing, and performance tracking

Collaboration with Agencies: Collaborate with media agencies for shoots/editing, provide AI-enhanced post editing feedback, and creative direction

Skills & Competencies

Ability to come up with new, creative ideas and leverage AI to enhance creative output

Basic understanding of AI tools and their applications in marketing, content creation, and data analysis

Basic knowledge and skills in copywriting and ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy.

Understanding of social media platforms

Understanding of design and attention to detail

Ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into captivating copy.

Basic understanding of marketing.

Quick learner who can adapt to new AI technologies and tools as they emerge

Full-time availability for the internship duration.
