The Technical Architect Team Lead will manage day-to-day tasks including overseeing software development, guiding the technical architecture of projects, conducting requirements analysis, and managing databases. The role also involves leading a team of software developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Qualifications - Team Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively - Software Development and Architecture skills: Proficiency in software development and designing robust technical architectures - Database Management skills: Experience in managing and optimizing databases - Requirements Analysis skills: Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Experience in technology consulting is a plus
