Spanish Remote Support Executive

Job Type: Remote (Work from Home) Shift: Night Shift Compensation: ₹200 per hour Requirements: Own Laptop & High-Speed Internet Connection Job Description: We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Remote Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing non-voice customer support (chat, email, or ticket-based) to Spanish-speaking clients. You will assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide non-voice support to customers via chat, email, or ticketing systems. Respond to customer queries accurately and in a timely manner. Translate and communicate effectively in Spanish and English. Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary. Requirements: Fluent in Spanish. Previous experience in customer support (non-voice preferred) is an advantage. Own laptop/desktop with high-speed internet connection. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Comfortable working in a night shift schedule.
