Main Purpose: The HR and Admin role at MixPrime TradeCom Pvt Ltd is responsible for creating company policies, conducting inductions, recruiting new talent, addressing employee issues, explaining salaries, motivating employees, organizing festive celebrations, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement company policies and procedures.

Conduct employee inductions and orientation programs.

Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding.

Address and resolve employee concerns and issues effectively.

Explain salary structures and benefits to employees.

Motivate and engage employees to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.

Organize and coordinate festive celebrations and office events.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
