Job Description:
- Planning and strategizing for assigned territory for short term (0-6 months) as well as long term (more than 1 year)
- Explore and open new clients i.e. builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, government institutions, etc. to collect inquiries and build a strong project sales funnel. Build and maintain strong relationship with them.
- Responsible for Sales through above mentioned end users as well as influencers.
- Identify and increase above end users as well as influencers network
- Fill and plan daily sales reports.
- Understanding requirements of above end users and influencers & suggest techno commercially the most viable proposal / products / Solution.
- Identifying new markets & business opportunities, tracking market trends, conducting surveys to collect customer feedback and preparing forecasting reports.
- Conduct market comparison in terms of products, initiatives and primary and secondary schemes.
- Collect reliable information about business ecosystem/customer/area/competition for market mapping and sensitize the management
- Build and maintain cordial relation with masons, applicators, contractor and end users, generate leads through them. Also conduct periodic meets for them.
- Execution of BTL activity.
- Should be able to prepare data and sales report and ably analyse the information.
Background:
- BE/ BTech/Diploma in Civil/ Chemical Engineering
- Effective communication skills in English, Hindi & Local languages
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- A candidate with understanding of the Project Sales business from Construction Chemicals industry
