Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and highly organized HR & Outreach Intern to assist with both HR functions and outreach coordination. This hybrid role is ideal for a fresher or a candidate with up to 1 year of experience, who is passionate about team building, influencer coordination, and community engagement.

You'll support internal HR processes like recruitment and onboarding, while also playing a key role in influencer outreach, casting coordination, and managing our growing network of content creators, models, and UGC talents. This is a great opportunity to gain multi-disciplinary exposure across people management and external talent collaborations.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & HR Operations

- Assist in job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support in coordinating performance evaluation cycles and feedback processes.
- Communicate company policies and ensure adherence across teams.

Community Handling & Casting Coordination

- Build and manage creator and model communities, including UGC creators, influencers, and freelance talent.
- Reach out to creators and influencers for collaborations, shoots, and content projects.
- Source, organize, and maintain profiles, portfolios, and databases for models, content creators, and actors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align casting and influencer outreach with creative briefs.

Outreach & Talent Engagement

- Be the first point of contact for influencers and collaborators, ensuring timely communication and smooth execution.
- Organize and execute shortlists and casting calls based on project requirements.
- Foster ongoing relationships with creators for future collaborations and long-term partnerships.

Team Culture & Engagement

- Assist in organizing team-building activities, internal events, and maintaining a vibrant workplace culture.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest or prior exposure to influencer marketing, talent outreach, or community management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with social media platforms and tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, etc.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.
