Purpose / Objective

To ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and operations at the precast manufacturing facility. The role is ideal for ex-Army professionals with a disciplined approach to security management and operational vigilance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures tailored to precast manufacturing operations.
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring proper training and discipline.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control mechanisms to safeguard premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents, reports, and actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company-specific safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into existing protocols

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 12–15 years in security management, preferably in industrial or precast environments.
- Background: Ex-Army personnel with proven leadership and operational experience are highly preferred
