Job Description - The DT Architect will drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, designing innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as AI and Generative AI. - The role involves leading solution architecture, guiding AI product strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards. Responsibilities - Design and implement enterprise-grade digital transformation solutions across business units - Lead solution architecture, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks - Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, business analysts, and IT teams to define requirements and solution roadmaps - Drive AI and Generative AI initiatives, integrating advanced AI capabilities into products and enterprise solutions - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to design patterns, standards, and best practices - Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption strategies to enhance business processes and customer experiences - Partner with AI Product Managers to define AI strategy, roadmap, and governance - Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met across all digital initiatives - Prepare architecture artifacts, documentation, and presentations for leadership and technical teams Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation roles - Proven experience in AI/Generative AI implementations and enterprise-scale projects - Strong knowledge of digital transformation frameworks, cloud technologies, and enterprise system integration - Hands-on experience in solution design, technical roadmaps, and architecture governance - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Experience in guiding product strategy and collaborating with AI product teams
