Visual Designer Key Responsibilities - Design event brochures, stickers, posters, banners, and other marketing materials. - Create engaging social media creatives and campaign assets. - Adapt designs across digital and print formats while maintaining brand consistency. - Collaborate with the marketing team to visually bring concepts to life. - Produce motion graphics, animations, and video edits as needed. Required Skills & Tools - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop - Adobe InDesign for brochures and print layouts. - Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro for video and motion graphics. - Strong understanding of typography, layouts, and color theory. Qualities We Value - Creativity with a strong eye for detail. - Ability to balance print and digital design requirements. - Flexibility to take on motion/video work when needed. - Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
