- Prepare and analyze MIS reports (stock levels, inward/outward movement, shortages, damages, wastage, etc.).
- Use MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO and proper material handling practices.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse manpower efficiency and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Support audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve accuracy.
