Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, CD Capability Leader
In this role, the incumbent should have good understanding of Commercial Sales/ Customer Development processes and practices. Some business experience would be a plus.
Responsibilities
.First Hand understanding of GTM & RTM processes and transformation.
.Understanding of TPM, promotions & pricing management. Be able to manage promotion ROI and pricing strategies.
.Good understanding of CPG & Retail analytics and reporting across commercial functions
.Merchandising and planogram experience would be a bonus
.Ability to strategize and plan migration/transition of commercial activities across various markets with special focus on US & UK
.Ability to manage teams and stakeholders
.Good presentation skills
.Ability to wrangle data
.Exposure/experience of automation of processes
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.Master's degree / MBA
.Good Understanding of MS Office. (PowerPoint Excel skills essential)
