Urgent Staff Nurse

Patient Care Monitoring Provide round-the-clock nursing care to ICU patients including ventilated and high-dependency cases Monitor vital signs BP HR SpO2 temperature neurological status fluid balance and report deviations promptly Administer medications IV fluids and critical care treatments as per doctor s orders and protocols Technical Equipment Handling Operate and maintain ICU equipment such as ventilators monitors infusion pumps defibrillators and suction machines Ensure accurate calibration sterilization and functioning of equipment before and during patient use Emergency Response Respond promptly to medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest hypotension or respiratory failure Assist in resuscitation procedures e g CPR intubation code blue response Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate nursing notes fluid charts medication records and patient progress reports Communicate effectively with doctors ICU team and family members regarding patient condition and care plans Infection Control Safety Follow strict infection control practices including hand hygiene PPE use and equipment sterilization Ensure proper isolation of infectious cases and safe waste disposal Patient Family Support Educate and support patients and their families about procedures prognosis and emotional care needs Address concerns with empathy while maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Required Experience ICU 3 years Required Language Marathi Required Work Location In person
