Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Data Annotator to support our data operations and machine learning projects. In this role, you will review, label, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets used for training AI and automation systems. You will work closely with data analysts, project managers, and technical teams to follow annotation guidelines, verify data quality, and identify patterns or errors. The ideal candidate is highly attentive to detail, accurate, and able to follow structured processes with consistency. Key Responsibilities - Review and annotate data according to defined quality standards and annotation guidelines - Validate labeled data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency - Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or unclear data for further review - Collaborate with analysts and project managers to clarify guidelines and requirements - Maintain documentation of annotation procedures and quality checks - Ensure deliverables meet accuracy benchmarks and project deadlines - Provide feedback on annotation guidelines to improve clarity and efficiency - Assist with quality assurance testing for datasets used in AI training or automation systems - Stay updated on project changes, data rules, and annotation best practices Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred - One to three years of experience in data annotation, quality assurance, or data review - Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy over repetitive tasks - Familiarity with annotation tools, quality control platforms, or data labeling environments - Ability to understand and follow structured guidelines and rules - Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns or inconsistencies in data - Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Experience working with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred Why Join CoreBridge Solutions At CoreBridge, you will be part of a company that values innovation and efficiency while fostering a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
