Job Description Job Description About the Role: Seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with an experience of 4 years to join our dynamic team. Requirements - Expertise in designing, developing and executing complex data migration scripts using Oracle's HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL). - Ability to develop, implement and optimize data migration strategies, scripts and procedures while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with company and industry standards. - Proficiency in coordinating data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes and troubleshooting issues to maintain data integrity and accuracy. - Skilled in collaborating with functional and technical teams to define migration requirements and deliver solutions aligned with overall project goals. - Exposure in creating and customizing advanced reports, dashboards and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP) and HCM Extracts. - Sound experience in developing fast formulas for absence and compensation modules. - Proactive approach in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving complex data conversion and integration issues during mock conversions and system cutovers. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve technical challenges. - Capability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation including data mapping specifications and conversion programs. - Familiarity in raising service requests (SR), coordinating with Oracle for issue resolution and assisting in the identification and resolution of complex migration-related problems.
