Job Location: Noida, Delhi Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT) [03 Vacancy] Experience Reuired: 1 or 2 Years exp in Insurance Industry (MANDATORY) Job Role & Requirements: • Draft comprehensive claim investigation reports based on collected evidence and investigator findings • Review and edit reports submitted by claim investigators for accuracy, clarity, and completeness • Ensure all reports meet company standards and legal requirements • Develop and implement quality control procedures for the report drafting process • Conduct regular audits of claim investigation reports to maintain high-quality standards • Identify areas for improvement in the report drafting process and implement corrective actions • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills • Proficient in medical terminology, disease classification, and understanding of line of treatment • Excellent command over English (both written and verbal) • Advanced knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, and email communication • Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the insurance industry is preferred Job timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM [Monday to Saturday] Leave/Holiday: One Week Off, One Paid Leave Per Month Salary: Upto 55 K (as per experience & Completion of target basis) Joining: Immediate Candidate must be flexible with the shift timings Contact Team: Pooja HR Executive- 9142955670
