Role Overview: We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and ML-based solutions. Job Responsibilities - Design and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, and Kafka/Kinesis. - Architect and implement data lake and warehouse solutions following best practices. - Build and deploy ML models for classification, prediction, and anomaly detection. - Automate workflows and orchestration with Airflow or Step Functions. - Enable self-service analytics through tools like ThoughtSpot and QuickSight Q. - Ensure data integrity, security, governance, and compliance. - Mentor and support junior engineers to build a high-performing team. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, and ML. - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. - Hands-on experience with AWS data stack (Glue, Redshift, S3, Athena, Lambda). - Proven expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and performance optimization. - Experience deploying ML models using scikit-learn, XGBoost, or SageMaker. - Exposure to big data frameworks (Spark/EMR). - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Bedrock, Vector DBs, RAG). - Familiarity with MLOps, feature stores, and model versioning. - Prior team leadership or ownership of end-to-end projects. - AWS, Data Engineering, or ML certifications and/or open-source contributions.
