IELTS Trainer

LOCATION: COIMBATORE & ERODE Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and effective test strategies. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching students to improve their English proficiency, test-taking skills, and confidence to achieve their desired IELTS band scores. Responsibilities: - Conduct IELTS training sessions for students in all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. - Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials to suit different learning levels. - Provide constructive feedback on students’ performance and suggest improvement strategies. - Teach time management techniques and exam strategies to maximize scores. - Conduct mock tests and evaluate students’ progress. - Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam changes and trends. - Offer personalized guidance and motivation to students. Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. - Certified IELTS Trainer (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience in IELTS coaching (minimum 1 year preferred). - Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written). - Strong understanding of IELTS scoring criteria and test formats. - Ability to motivate students and improve their confidence in English. - Patience and strong communication skills to handle students of different proficiency levels. - Familiarity with online teaching platforms (for remote positions).
