Own Tech Deployment: Work with developers at tech agency and/or in-house team to ship out new and existing features, and manage integrations across the e-commerce funnel. Own Website Performance: Ensure a mobile-first, fast-loading experience across devices while maintaining overall stability of the product and growing traffic. Own Customer Journey & UX: Continuously improve website usability by analyzing heatmaps, user flows, and session recordings.  Collaborate with growth and performance marketing teams to improve landing pages, reduce bounce rate, and increase conversion rate. Outside In Knowledge: Keep up with what’s new in e-commerce best practices, competition benchmarking, and emerging technologies.
