Roles & Responsibilities - Must have good knowledge in end-to-end HR Operations process - Knowledge of employee's Data Governance and upkeeping hris with accurate employee details - Should have knowledge on complete employees employment life cycle. - Administer On-Boarding, Off- Boarding documentation process and bonafide letter requests - Capable to answer the queries raised by employees and respond within defined SLA - Should have knowledge on complete employees employment life cycle. - Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills - HR Process Monitoring & HR Audit as per the company policies, processes - Maintaining records / Documents & compliance Audit Qualification & Experience - Any Graduate / Post Graduate - Min. 3 years of experience in HR Ops - Min 2 years of working experience in any of HR Systems Competencies - HRIS knowledge (SAP, Workday, Darwinbox etc.,) - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Proficient in Data analytics, Data Management, MIS Preparation - Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills - Collaboration skills to drive projects to closure
