The Qualifications We Seek

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience with ServiceNow Development
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and SDLC
- Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with Windows & Linux environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, DevSecOps methodologies
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL
- Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and access control best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and thrive in fast-paced IT environments

Your Daily Tasks

- Participate in all SDLC phases: planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable systems
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and enforce architecture standards and documentation
- Mentor and train team members for skill growth
- Manage version control and release processes
- Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality
- Integrate applications, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies
- Manage support tickets and meet project deadlines
