- Floor In-Charge Designation Floor In-Charge Experience 3 to 5 Years Hands-on experience in shop floor operations Qualification ITI Diploma BE B TECH Electrical ENGINEER with experience in production or site operations Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Floor In-Charge to oversee daily operations at the production or site floor The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing teams maintaining production flow and ensuring quality standards Good knowledge of tools like Excel Word and AutoCAD for reporting planning and documentation is essential Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily floor activities ensuring smooth workflow and productivity Coordinate with supervisors technicians and workers to ensure targets are met efficiently Monitor production quality control safety and maintenance activities on the floor Maintain work schedules manpower allocation and job assignments Prepare reports attendance sheets progress updates and inventories using Excel and Word Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings to understand job layouts and measurements Ensure compliance with safety standards quality requirements and company policies Identify and resolve issues related to production delays machine downtime or manpower gaps Support training and development of floor staff to enhance their skills and efficiency Communicate with higher management regarding floor performance and challenges Maintain discipline and foster a positive and productive work environment Skills Required Hands-on experience in managing shop floor or site operations Good knowledge of production planning workflow management and manpower coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and AutoCAD for reporting and documentation Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions Problem-solving mindset and quick decision-making ability Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills Awareness of safety protocols and quality standards Preferred Qualification Experience in manufacturing construction or engineering projects Exposure to production scheduling and project coordination Benefits Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with growth prospects Hands-on exposure to technical and managerial tasks Training and mentorship from senior leaders Recognition based on performance and leadership SEND ME RESUME ON THIS MAIL esiplpooja gmail com 8468891376 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
