Are you passionate about building high-performing scalable eCommerce applications that enhance customer experience and streamline business operations Join LevelShift as a Senior Software Engineer Shopify Applications where you ll design develop and integrate custom Shopify apps and extensions that power enterprise-grade online stores You ll collaborate directly with clients to create tailored solutions that connect Shopify with critical business systems enabling smooth operations personalization and seamless commerce experiences What You ll Do As a Senior Software Engineer at LevelShift you will Develop Custom Shopify Apps Design develop and maintain public or private Shopify applications using Shopify APIs and webhooks to extend platform functionality Build Embedded App Experiences Implement Shopify App Bridge Polaris Design System and ReactJS to create embedded intuitive app experiences within the Shopify admin Integrate Enterprise Systems Connect Shopify with ERP Oracle CPQ payment gateways or inventory systems using REST GraphQL APIs for seamless data synchronization Extend Shopify Capabilities Leverage Shopify Functions Checkout Extensions Metafields and Script Editor or Functions to implement advanced business logic and custom workflows Customize Storefronts Enhance and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript ReactJS to deliver exceptional user experiences Client Collaboration Work closely with clients to understand requirements provide technical consultation and deliver high-quality scalable solutions on time Your Skillset We re seeking a skilled and hands-on engineer with a strong background in Shopify app development and frontend technologies 5 years of experience in web application development including Shopify app and theme customization Shopify Expertise In-depth knowledge of Shopify Admin Online Store 2 0 Shopify CLI Polaris UI Kit and App Bridge Frontend Development Proficient in JavaScript TypeScript ReactJS and Node js for building dynamic responsive UIs Web Technologies Strong skills in HTML5 CSS3 Liquid templating and API integration using REST and GraphQL Shopify APIs Experience with Shopify REST API GraphQL Admin API Storefront API and webhooks Deployment Authentication Familiar with app deployment on Vercel Azure AWS or Shopify App Store and OAuth 2 0 authentication for app installations System Integration Experience integrating Shopify with external systems like Oracle CPQ ERP or payment inventory platforms using APIs Why LevelShift Build enterprise-grade Shopify solutions that drive global eCommerce success Collaborate with diverse clients and cross-functional experts in a dynamic innovation-driven environment Gain exposure to modern frontend frameworks Shopify Functions and next-gen app integrations Work on impactful projects that blend creativity commerce and technology If you re ready to craft exceptional Shopify experiences and engineer scalable eCommerce solutions apply now at joinus levelshift com and be part of our digital commerce innovation journey
