Job Description ServiceNow Architect Exp: 10 years and above Location: Hyderabad/ Coimbatore About the Role Lead the overall technical roadmap and architecture for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with IT and business strategies. Responsibilities - Develop comprehensive architecture design specifications and documentation, including technical and system diagrams. - Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on leading practices, platform capabilities, and design principles. - Lead, mentor, and guide development and administrative teams through the project lifecycle. - Design and implement strategic architecture across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM. - Define and document technical architecture for integrations, data flows, and API integrations with other systems. - Provide technical leadership for the entire platform lifecycle, including customization, optimization, and ongoing maintenance. - Drive improvements in operational efficiency through high-quality ServiceNow implementations and workflows. Qualifications - Deep hands-on experience with core ServiceNow functionalities and administration. - Strong expertise in ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM modules. - Experience in defining technical architecture, technical roadmaps, and data flows. - Proficiency with integrations, including REST APIs and Integration Hub orchestrations. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum for project delivery. - Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Required Skills - Certifications Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v3/v4 certification.
