Company Lorio Homes Location Desom Aluva Employment Type Full-Time About Lorio Homes Lorio Homes is a leader in premium homebuilding and luxury interior finishes Our Imported Marble Division supplies high-end stone materials for custom residential and commercial projects We take pride in exceptional craftsmanship safe handling of delicate materials and delivering an elevated client experience Position Overview We are seeking a reliable safety-focused Delivery Driver to transport and deliver imported marble slabs tiles and related materials to job sites warehouses and client locations This role is critical to ensuring that premium stone products arrive in perfect condition on time and with professional service Key Responsibilities Safely load secure transport and unload imported marble and stone materials using company vehicles Operate trucks lifts dollies A-frames and other equipment required for moving heavy fragile stone Inspect and maintain vehicles daily reporting mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly Review delivery schedules verify orders and ensure accuracy of materials loaded and delivered Communicate effectively with warehouse teams project managers and clients regarding delivery status Maintain detailed delivery logs paperwork and electronic records Follow all DOT regulations company safety protocols and handling procedures for fragile materials Provide professional courteous customer service at every delivery location Qualifications Valid driver s license CDL preferred but not required depending on fleet Clean driving record with a strong safety history Experience driving delivery trucks or flatbeds prior experience handling stone tile or heavy materials preferred Ability to lift maneuver and secure heavy materials up to insert lbs with proper equipment Familiarity with GPS route planning and mobile delivery applications Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering materials without damage Reliable punctual and able to work independently Preferred Skills Experience in construction stone fabrication flooring or related industry Forklift certification or ability to obtain one Knowledge of proper handling techniques for marble and natural stone Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health dental and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for training and advancement within Lorio Homes How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief summary of your driving experience to hr lorio-homes com 7710700700 Include Delivery Driver - Imported Marble in the subject line Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 14 295 78 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
