Job Title HR Executive - Manufacturing Sector Location Chevuru Mudinepalli Mandal Company Growel Feeds Private Limited Experience Fresher 1 to 2 years Qualification MBA MHRM Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various HR functions at our manufacturing unit The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations statutory compliance employee relations and recruitment specific to the factory environment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff workers and trainees Maintain and update employee records personal files and attendance Handle onboarding induction and exit formalities Coordinate and monitor statutory compliances under the Factories Act Labour Laws ESI and PF Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and statutory registers Support payroll preparation leave management and shift scheduling Assist in conducting training programs performance appraisals and welfare activities Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture Liaise with contractors regarding HR and compliance matters Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively at the unit level Required Skills Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Factory Act provisions Hands-on experience in payroll and HRMS software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Ability to handle workforce-related issues with patience and professionalism Job Type Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
