Job Description JD:- CAE Engineer Experience:3-6 Years Location: Bangalore Job Summary Analyzing the material testing data. Create CAE material models. Validate material models at specimen level and sub-system level. Create material characterization report. Delivery of material models as per the engineering team needs. Strategic Context and Challenges Should coordinate with engineers located at different global technical centers Should coordinate with external suppliers like test labs, material suppliers Should be ready to travel to different locations for meetings/trainings/workshops Deliverables Should take responsibility and ownership of the deliverables of self and supporting team Should do conclusive analysis of test and simulation results Should be able to understand and interpret the physical test data Should make quality and timely delivery of the tasks and projects Should learn and create new methods to execute different tasks and multiple projects at same time Should possess good analytical and communication skills Should be keen to learn/explore new methods/processes Should adapt to changing business scenario Core Responsibilities and Activities Good knowledge of FEA structural analysis is a must Working knowledge of HyperWorks, LSDyna is a must Basic knowledge of PAMCRASH and ABAQUS is desired Good knowledge of using MS Excel is a must Good knowledge of material modeling is desired Knowledge on airbags simulation is desired Experience in Automotive components is an added advantage Any relevant additional qualifications/certifications are added advantage Programming skills and use of AI tools for pre/post processing is an added advantage Other Responsibilities Create, deploy and manage different processes for material modeling for FE simulations Should manage the complete project in all aspects Should delegate the tasks and follow up with different functions Behavioral Competencies - Team player - Self-learner/ self-motivated - Own responsibilities - Explore new methodologies Functional Competencies - FEA tools (LS DYNA, ABAQUS, PAMCRASH) - MS Office tools - MS Excel Note: Kindly Apply relevant candidates only.
