Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced o9 Consultant to join our digital supply chain transformation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes coupled with hands-on technical expertise in configuring and customizing the o9 platform. This role will be instrumental in translating business requirements into scalable o9 solutions that drive planning efficiency, visibility, and performance. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements across demand, supply, and inventory planning domains. - Translate business processes into o9 solution designs and configurations. - Perform hands-on configuration of o9 modules, including data modeling, workflow setup, UI design, and integration mappings. - Customize o9 features to align with unique client requirements and business logic. - Support system testing, UAT, and deployment of o9 platform solutions. - Partner with technical teams for data integration and performance tuning. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations. - Create functional and technical documentation for solution design and configuration. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in o9 platform utilization. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 2+ years working on the o9 platform. - Strong understanding of core supply chain processes: demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, etc. - Proven hands-on experience in o9 platform setup, configuration, and customization — including modeler configuration, planning workflows, and dashboard creation. - Familiarity with o9 data integration tools and APIs (preferred). - Ability to troubleshoot configuration and data flow issues. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Prior experience with other planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
