Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Representative, Global AP to join our accounts payable team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, AP, you'll be responsible for:

- Integrating credit card transaction management and reconciliation into the overall payment system efficiently
- Implementing accurate and timely processes for vendor invoice handling and outgoing payment management
- Interpreting aging analysis, cash flow projections, and KPI reports to support financial decision-making
- Improving vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving payment-related concerns promptly
- Investigating discrepancies and unusual payment patterns, taking actions to resolve issues promptly and effectively

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

- Masters in accounting with 3-5 years of relevant experience, including exposure to publicly traded and SaaS companies
- Good Working knowledge of MS Office, emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, PPT)
- Knowledge of international payment processes and regulations

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

- Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Coupa)
