Job Description Benefits Position: Senior Data Scientist (GenAI | Python | Cloud | RAG) Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote/Bangalore About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Python, Generative AI (GenAI), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and proven experience in deploying AI/ML solutions across AWS or Azure cloud environments. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI models for real-world business use cases. - Develop and optimize end-to-end data pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks. - Implement RAG-based solutions integrating LLMs with external data sources. - Work closely with product and engineering teams to deploy solutions on AWS / Azure. - Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and model monitoring post-deployment. - Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving in every stage of delivery. Required Skills - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / AI / ML. - Expert in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Good exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures. - Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or equivalent platforms. - Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and API integration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good to Have - Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma). - Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD for ML. - Familiarity with data visualization tools and business storytelling.
