Here is a job description for a Security Guard in a factory Job Title Security Guard Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team at Amleshwar The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees equipment and property by monitoring and controlling access to the factory premises detecting and preventing unauthorized activities and responding to incidents and emergencies The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities 1 Patrol the factory premises Regularly patrol the factory floor parking lots and surrounding areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activities 2 Monitor access control Control access to the factory by verifying employee ID cards checking visitor logs and denying access to unauthorized individuals 3 Detect and prevent incidents Monitor CCTV cameras respond to alarms and investigate incidents to prevent theft vandalism or other unauthorized activities 4 Respond to emergencies Respond promptly to emergencies such as fires medical emergencies or security breaches and follow established protocols to ensure a safe and effective response 5 Maintain accurate records Keep accurate records of incidents security breaches and any other relevant events 6 Communicate effectively Communicate effectively with employees supervisors and law enforcement agencies as needed 7 Perform regular checks Perform regular checks on equipment doors gates and other security systems to ensure they are functioning properly 8 Maintain a professional demeanor Maintain a professional demeanor at all times adhering to company policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred Ability to pass a background check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations Ability to lift up to 25 pounds 11 kg occasionally Ability to stand for long periods 8 hours Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR Working Conditions Work schedule Shift work day or night shifts including weekends and holidays Work environment Factory floor office space parking lots and surrounding areas May be exposed to hazardous materials or situations Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Training Training will be provided on factory operations security procedures emergency response protocols and company policies Certifications Must possess a valid driver s license if applicable Possess a valid CPR First Aid certification if not certified will be provided upon hire If you are a motivated individual who is committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring the safety and security of our employees and property we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Education Secondary 10th Pass Preferred Experience Security Guard 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
