About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1.53 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer closures and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.

Requirements

- 1.53 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
