As we scale our events vertical, were looking for adynamic and sharp Event Client Servicing professionalwho thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and highly operational environment.

Role Overview

As anEvent Client Servicing Executive / Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for managingend-to-end client mandatesfromconceptualization to execution. This role demands astrategic thinker with creative acumen, operational expertise, and people management skillsto deliver seamless events aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as theprimary point of contactfor clients across event mandates.
- Work with leadership toconceptualize, strategize, and design event experiencesaligned with client goals.
- Develop impactfulevent presentations and pitch decksfor meetings.
- Driveend-to-end event management: planning, production, execution, on-ground operations, and closure.
- Manage and negotiate with anetwork of vendorsacross event requirements.
- Provide strongproduction knowledge and practical execution inputsbasis scale, budgets, and objectives.
- Overseeevent site operations, ensuring smooth execution, vendor coordination, and problem-solving under pressure.
- Collaborate with internal design, creative, and production teams to bringthemes, ideas, and conceptsto life.
- Ensureclient servicing excellence, timely reporting, and strong relationship management.
- Managemultiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategy with on-ground execution.
- Lead teams and vendors on-site with strongpeople management and firefighting skillswhen required.

Eligibility & Experience

- Experience:24 years in the Events/Experiential Marketing industry.
- Proven track record of handlingend-to-end event management.
- Strong portfolio ofvendor relationshipsand on-ground execution knowledge.
- Prior experience inReal Estate eventswill be a plus.
