Key Responsibilities Product Costing Analysis Prepare detailed cost sheets for each product process Determine material labor and overhead costs to establish accurate product costing Identify cost drivers and suggest cost control measures Budgeting Variance Analysis Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Track actual expenses vs budgeted expenses and analyze variances Highlight areas of cost overruns and recommend corrective actions Inventory Cost Control Maintain records of raw material WIP and finished goods cost Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation Monitor wastages rejections and suggest methods for cost reduction MIS Reporting Prepare cost reports profitability statements and contribution analysis for management Support management in pricing decisions by providing accurate cost data Develop dashboards for tracking production cost efficiency Compliance Audit Support Ensure compliance with cost accounting records and statutory requirements Support statutory audit cost audit and internal audit requirements Maintain documentation for regulatory filings related to cost records Value Addition Recommend strategies for improving cost competitiveness Support decision-making on make-or-buy product mix and process improvements Assist in financial planning for scaling operations Qualifications Skills CMA qualified preferably from ICMAI 1-3 years of experience in costing preferably in a manufacturing or small-scale setup Strong knowledge of cost accounting standards budgeting and variance analysis Proficiency in MS Excel Tally ERP systems Analytical detail-oriented and ability to work independently Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
